Rooted in empathy and clinical knowledge, I founded Insight Out Therapy & Wellness, LLC, in 2023, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus on Child Development from Northern Illinois University, I bring extensive experience from working in preschools, youth community centers, and intensive clinical programs, all of which inform my compassionate and effective approach to therapy.

I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they face challenges such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, relationships, family dynamics, anxiety, and trauma amongst others. My approach is warm, transparent, and collaborative, providing clients with the tools and guidance they need to achieve balance and personal growth. Together, we will work toward meaningful, transformative change.
